1. Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms and Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires:

• "ljbet", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the ljbet online gaming platform operated at ljbet.cam and all associated services.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who registers for and uses an ljbet account.
• "Account" means the personal gaming account registered by a Player on the ljbet platform.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Legal Capacity

Players must be at least 21 years of age to register for an ljbet account and participate in any gaming activities. By registering an Account, you confirm that you have reached the legal age for gambling in the Republic of the Philippines and that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts under Philippine law.

2.2 Jurisdiction

By registering an Account, you confirm that you are physically located in the Philippines at the time of registration and each time you access the Services. 2.3 One Account Per Player

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the ljbet platform. Registration of multiple Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. ljbet reserves the right to close duplicate Accounts, void all associated wagers, and forfeit any winnings or Bonuses obtained through duplicate Accounts.

2.4 Accurate Information

During registration, Players must provide accurate, current, and complete information including full legal name, date of birth, residential address, Philippine mobile number, and email address. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate Account suspension or termination.

2.5 Third-Party Accounts

Players may not register or operate an Account on behalf of any third party. The Account holder must be the beneficial owner of all funds deposited and the recipient of all withdrawals. Use of payment methods not registered in the Player's own name may result in Account suspension pending investigation.

3. Account Verification and Security

3.1 Know Your Customer (KYC)

ljbet implements Know Your Customer procedures to verify Player identity and comply with anti-money laundering regulations in the Philippines. Before processing withdrawal requests, ljbet may require Players to submit government-issued identification documents, including but not limited to:

• Philippine Passport
• PhilSys National ID
• Driver's License issued by the Land Transportation Office (LTO)
• Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID)
• Voter's ID issued by COMELEC
• Postal ID issued by PhilPost

ljbet may also request proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three months) and verification of payment methods used for deposits.

3.2 Processing of Verification

KYC verification is typically completed within 24 to 48 hours of document submission. During the verification period, withdrawal requests will be held pending completion of the review process. Deposits and gameplay remain available during verification, subject to these Terms.

3.3 Account Security

Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their Account login credentials (username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes). Players must not share login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through a Player's Account will be deemed to have been authorized by that Player. ljbet is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from a Player's failure to maintain credential security.

3.4 Notification of Unauthorized Access

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

All deposits and Account balances are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱). No currency conversion is applied to deposits or withdrawals.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and Player verification status. Verified Players may request increases to deposit limits by contacting ljbet customer support.

4.3 Deposit Processing Time

Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to the Player's Account balance within seconds of transaction confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take between 15 minutes and 4 hours depending on the originating bank's processing times. ljbet does not control the processing speed of third-party payment providers and is not responsible for delays caused by such providers.

4.4 Deposit Fees

ljbet does not charge fees for deposits. However, Players' payment providers (GCash, PayMaya, banks) may apply their own transaction fees, which are beyond ljbet's control. Players are responsible for any such fees charged by their payment provider.

4.5 Source of Funds

Players confirm that all funds deposited into their ljbet Account are derived from legitimate sources and do not originate from any criminal activity. ljbet reserves the right to request documentation evidencing the source of deposited funds at any time, particularly for large or unusual transactions.

5. Withdrawals and Processing Times

5.1 Withdrawal Methods

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit, unless ljbet determines that an alternative method is necessary for security or regulatory reasons. Players may withdraw funds to:

• GCash account registered in the Player's name
• PayMaya account registered in the Player's name
• Philippine bank account (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, etc.) registered in the Player's name

5.2 Minimum Withdrawal Amount

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱300. Withdrawal amounts below this threshold cannot be processed.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing Times

ljbet processes withdrawal requests within 24 hours of submission, subject to completion of KYC verification and any required security checks. After approval, funds are transferred to the Player's designated payment method. The time for funds to appear in the Player's e-wallet or bank account depends on the receiving institution's processing times:

• GCash and PayMaya: typically within 1–3 hours of approval
• BPI, BDO, UnionBank (InstaPay): typically within 1–3 hours of approval
• Other bank transfers (PESONet): typically within 1 banking day of approval

5.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• The Player's Account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal is processed.
• Any active Bonus funds must have met the applicable wagering requirements before the associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• ljbet reserves the right to conduct additional security checks prior to approving any withdrawal request, particularly for high-value or first-time withdrawals.

6. Bonuses and Promotional Terms

6.1 General Bonus Terms

In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be completed before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x means the bonus amount must be wagered thirty times). Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino games may contribute at a lower rate as specified in the individual promotion terms.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

ljbet actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to the following practices which are strictly prohibited:

• Registering multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion more than once

• Placing opposing bets (hedging) across multiple Accounts to circumvent wagering requirements
• Collusion with other Players for the purpose of exploiting promotions

Where bonus abuse is detected, ljbet reserves the right to void all associated Bonuses and winnings, suspend the Account, and recover any amounts withdrawn that were derived from abusive bonus activity.

6.4 Expiry of Bonuses

All Bonuses are valid for the period specified in the individual promotion terms. Upon expiry, uncompleted wagering requirements will result in the automatic forfeiture of the Bonus and any associated winnings. Expired bonus balances cannot be reinstated.

7. Gaming Rules and Conduct

7.1 Fair Play

8. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

8.1 Responsible Gaming Tools

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a mandatory 48-hour cooling-off period.

ljbet's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

11. Dispute Resolution

11.1 Informal Resolution

11.2 Escalation

11.3 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute not resolved through the informal resolution or escalation procedures above shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

12. Termination and Suspension

12.1 Suspension by ljbet

ljbet reserves the right to suspend or terminate a Player's Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where ljbet has reasonable cause to believe that the Player has breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or poses a risk to ljbet's platform security or the integrity of its gaming operations. Upon suspension or termination, ljbet will communicate the reason to the Player where it is legally permissible to do so.

12.2 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of a Player's Account, the remaining balance (net of any Bonuses that have not met applicable wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via their last verified payment method within 14 business days, unless the termination is related to fraud, money laundering, or material breach of these Terms, in which case ljbet may withhold funds pending investigation and compliance with applicable law.

12.3 Voluntary Closure

Players may request voluntary closure of their Account at any time by contacting ljbet customer support. Before closure, any remaining balance will be processed as a withdrawal to the Player's verified payment method. Players who close their Account and subsequently wish to re-register must submit a new registration and complete the full KYC verification process.

13. General Provisions
